Half Off For A Real Spot

They’re offering me 300RMB (normally 600) per month for an underground parking spot.  That’s ~US $38.8592 as of today. Is that half logic? I also suggested give me a corner somewhere, not a full spot.  300 as well. Hah. I’m taking it just to be done with it. The next test - once the paperwork is filed, and I go to move my bike, has it been “altered” in any way?  I’ll take pictures…
