Mooncake Shpooncake

I’m getting real real real tired of the whole mooncake craze.

Lucky for me and everyone else who is annoyed, today is the actual festival. So, that means, its almost over. Over the past week or two, I have consumed a number of different varieties of mooncakes. I’ve got to tell you, I am pretty tired of them. All of them. And tired of the whole gift giving thing. Sorry, but sending a bunch of mooncakes to your clients and vendors is a form of bribery, I don’t care what you have to say in its defense.

With all the mooncake exchanges, I think everyone would be better off and just skip the whole thing – you’ll still come out even. Seriously, are all of them even consumed? Seems like it is a big waste… I suggest implementing a world-wide ban on mooncakes next for the next moon festival. Ok ok, I won’t rock the boat.
